SCAD Service Design Prototyping: Testing Service Solutions Course

When it comes to business, leaders must explore new opportunities and weigh the risks and benefits of a service. Through prototyping, we explored new ideas, assessed their risks and developed methods to reduce uncertainty for stakeholders. We identified opportunities and solutions through experimentation and immersive pilots of service designs.
